Ying and Yang of Home Sale
09-19-06, 12:08 PM

I now agree that moving is probably one of the most stressful events in one's life. There is so much to coordinate in logistics; acquiring (hunting for) boxes; decisions regarding valuables to pack or place in a garage sale; and, not mention the whole process of selecting a Realtor and preparing the house to look presentable to that lucky individual who will purchase my castle. If time was a commodity, I would purchase large quantities because there is not enough time in my day to pack, clean, repair, work-out, socialize and saying "good-byes".

In less than a week, the "girl" recieved an offer $500 over her asking price and she accepted it over the other offers. What also sealed the deal was the note attached the contract which oozed praises about the house and her displayed "provocative art work" that she created during her undergrad and graduate years as a mud thrower. Of course, since her transaction was so speedy, it means the ying and yang of the world will cause my house to be sold over a lengthy time period.

Well, it seems to be all coming together.
