The Veil of Mystery has been lifted

We are now living together...the veil of mystery has been shed. Her problems, concerns and fears are now mine to answer and sooth.

Was dating so bad? You see eachother at eachother's best and return to your own home at the end of the night or after a long week-end.

This is an interesting transition period.

Getting dressed in front of eachother for instance... part of the fun of dating was the challenge of taking off her clothes but now... no challenge.

Certainly, there are benefits to this arrangements but I do like some aspects to independent living and dating.

Stess is very high on her part by having to give-up a job she enjoyed and not knowing when or where the next job is going to occur. Her identity grew out of job. Yes, I stood in her shoes and understand her fears but finding a job, and one that was similar to her previous job/employer, will be a challenge.

The transition will crest and then there will be smooth sailing.

Instead of a formal wedding, we plan to elope in order to save some money, buy a house and not stress over planning a wedding miles away. I would love to go to Europe and have the cermony on a church's stairs; have a cozy dinner at a cafe table for two; then travel the country-side.

At last! We have a digital camera and I hope to start adding photos of our local travels shortly... perhaps, by the week-end.
