Pure Katrina

Hurricane Katrina slammed into New Orleans this morning and is expected to hit us by Tuesday afternoon. I'm not going to enjoy being at work when a the storm comes because my house is surrounded by tall trees which will easily destoy the entire place if felled.

I think I'll keep the basement door open for the dogs, just in case the tornado siren blares. Hopefully, they just won't howl along with the siren.

Good news, the Legislative Assistant is picking-up on my flirting and I'm thinking drinks are in the very near future.

Oh yea, Katrina means "pure".
